Can I return my item for exchange?
Yes. Only if you receive faulty/wrong item purchased from www.sweetlaling.com, you can return to us within 10 days of receiving your parcel and RETURNS ARE FREE OF CHARGES!
Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/ labels attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied.
You are NOT ALLOWED to return or exchange FOR DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR – You shall ensure the size by referring to size chart provided before making any purchase
***SALE / PROMOTION ITEM(S) cannot be returned nor exchanged.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact our customer services during the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) on either phone as below:
